Thomas D. Dillard, Jr.

Mr. Dillard received both his B.S. in Political Science, Magna Cum Laude, and J.D., Cum Laude, from the University of Utah in 1994 and 1997 respectively. He was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 1997. He is a shareholder in the firm and his primary practice area since being admitted to the bar has been in civil rights defense, particularly 42 U.S.C. § 1983 cases for alleged police misconduct, due process claims and municipal liability. He serves as an arbitrator and mediator with the State Bar of Nevada Fee Dispute Committee. Mr. Dillard is admitted to the United States District Court of Nevada, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He has extensive appellate practice before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
