Francis Arenas

Francis Arenas has over 25 years of knowledge and legal experience. Mr. Arenas graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Military Science. He graduated from California Western School of Law on a Dean’s Scholarship. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the State Bar of California since 1998.

Mr. Arenas was a former prosecutor with the State of Nevada, Attorney General’s Office. He was also the former Chief of Enforcement with the Secretary of State, Securities Division. In that position, Mr. Arenas was a P.O.S.T certified law enforcement officer that investigated securities fraud and other white-collar crimes. Moreover, Mr. Arenas is an experienced litigation attorney and has conducted numerous arbitrations, trials, and other court hearings.
